We are sad to announce that Mrs Muriel Shearme, one of the founder members of the Club, passed away last week, days before her 99th birthday. As well as being a founder member, Muriel was the Club's Secretary for many years and a dedicated and enthusiastic supporter of the Club until health issues prevented her from attending concerts. She was a lovely lady and will be much missed.
